Sometimes, the weight we carry is not ours alone. Family patterns, inherited trauma, and generational wounds often ripple through our lives in unseen ways.
Our Systemic Constellations workshops provide a powerful path to uncover hidden entanglements and begin creating a new story. Rooted in family constellation therapy and ancestral healing, these gatherings offer clarity, strength, and renewed freedom.

Family Constellation is a three-dimensional group process that has the power to shift generations of suffering and unhappiness. Bert Hellinger, the founder of this work, who studied and treated families for more than 50 years, observed that many of us unconsciously "take on" destructive familial patterns of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, aloneness, alcoholism and even illness as a way of "belonging" in our families. Bonded by a deep love, a child will often sacrifice his own best interests in a vain attempt to ease the suffering of a parent or other family member.

In a group setting the constellation process typically works with representatives. An attendee of the constellation might be chosen to represent a family member in the process. The facilitator gathers information by the spacial map created by the representatives. Healing happens through order, meaning that all family members claim there rightful place.
